Reed Mack, President

Reed was raised in Tallahassee, Florida before attending College at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina on a Football Scholarship. Reed now lives in the San Jose area with his wife Lynn and their three children. He started in the Waterworks industry right after graduation with Davis Water and Waste Industries which was based in Thomasville, Georgia. At that time, Davis Water was the largest Waterworks Distributor in the USA. Davis’ expansion into California brought Reed from West Palm Beach, Florida to Redwood City,California to operate R&B Company in 1990. In 1994 Reed was able to buy R&B Company from Davis becoming its President. He has overseen the growth of the Company from one small location to six well staffed Distribution Facilities in Northern California.

Peggy Stockwell, Chief Financial Officer

Peggy was born in Norristown, PA and has lived in five other states:  California, Illinois, Kentucky, Montana, and Washington.  She currently resides in San Jose with her two children.  After graduating from San Jose State University, she began her accounting career with Arthur Anderson.  She then moved to Ireland, San Filippo & Co. where she became a California Certified Public Accountant and had R&B as a client.  She started her own accounting/consulting firm in 1995 and kept R&B as a client until she joined R&B as the CFO in November 2002.  Peggy has over 23 years of Accounting experience.

Carolyn Barela, Controller

Carolyn was born and raised in San Jose.  After graduating from high school she began her Accounting experience working as a Bookkeeper.  She worked with Kenko Utility Supply Inc. for 14 years, starting as a Bookkeeper and later promoted to Controller.  She has over 20 years of Accounting experience.   She currently resides in Gilroy with her husband and their three children.

Linda Ruiz, Accounts Receivable Manager

Linda lives and works within five miles of where she was born in San Jose. She and her husband have two children, a son and a daughter. She worked in the airline catering business for 17 years before changing to the electronics industry. Linda joined R&B in 2003.

Tony Han, Accounts Payable

Tony was born and educated in California.  He has made the Bay Area his home for most of his life.  He spent 13 years working for an information company in Silicon Valley eventually becoming the Accounting Manager where he gained a strong understanding of small business strategies and accounting experience.  Tony joined R&B in 2005.

Trina Scott, Accounts Payable

Trina was born and raised in Grass Valley.  She moved to Saratoga in June 2003.  She graduated with an AA and an AS from West Valley College in 2006, and will be graduating from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in Spring 2010.  She was a lifeguard and swim instructor for four years.  She joined R&B in September 2006.

Chris Jacobsen, Sales Manager

Chris was born in San Francisco and raised in Lafayette.  He is a graduate of California State University, Chico with a degree in Business Management.  He and his wife Jo have 2 children and currently reside in Vacaville.Chris started in the Waterworks industry in 1981 as a sales trainee for United States Pipe and Foundry Co. and quickly worked his way up to District Sales Manager of Northern California.  In 1989, he went to work for Camellia Valley Supply in Sacramento before returning to United States Pipe & Foundry Co. in 1992 as District Sales Manager.  In 2000, Chris accepted a position with Mueller Company as Territory Manager for Northern California and Northern Nevada.  he joined R&B Company in April 2010.  Chris has 29 years of experience in the Waterworks industry.

Carey McCoy, Accounts Receivable

Carey was born in San Jose. She grew up in the Menlo Park area where she graduated from Menlo-Atherton high school. She joined R&B in 2003 at the Redwood City location and quickly worked her way to inside sales. She now covers Municipal Sales for the peninsula from North Marin to Santa Cruz.

Raul Soria, Inventory Control

Raul was born in El Paso, Texas but was raised in San Jose. He still lives in San Jose and has two daughters. He worked for Pulnix America, an electronics manufacturer, and moved in to the Waterworks industry with Drainage Protection Systems in Milpitas. He joined R&B in August 2004.
