Dave Drake, District Manager

Dave was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He packed up and moved to San Jose, California in 1985. He started in the wholesale industry as a warehouse man working his way up to Branch Management for Kenko Utility Supply. He joined R&B San Jose Branch in May of 2009. He lives in San Jose with his wife and three children. Dave has 25 years of experience.

Lane Dore, Sales

Lane was born and raised in San Jose. He started working in the Waterworks Industry in 1974 for the Edward S. Walsh Company. At Ed Walsh, he worked his way up the ladder from Truck Driver to Inside Sales. He started Pipeline Materials Inc. (PMI) in 1985, however, a motorcycle accident in 1986 compelled him to retire after 5 years. As he discovered retirement was not for him, he found himself back at Ed Walsh Co. He worked off and on for them for many years even after the company was purchased by Corix Water Products in 2007. He joined R&B in October 2011. He is happily married with two grown children and two grandchildren. Lane has 37 years of experience in the Waterworks Industry.

Nancy Dore, Sales

Nancy was raised in San Francisco before moving to San Jose in 1977. She began her career in the Waterworks Industry in 1980 with the Edward S. Walsh Company. Through all her efforts and hard work she managed to work her way up to General Manager and as the company was purchased by Corix Water Products in 2007, she retained her management position. She joined R&B San Jose in October, 2011. She and her husband have two grown children and two granddaughters. Nancy has 31 years of experience in the Waterworks Industry.

Joe Franey, Sales/Fusion Specialist

Joe was born and raised in Merced, CA. He now resides in San Jose and has a daughter. He graduated from CSU Stanislaus in 2005. He began his career in wholesale distribution with Ferguson in Stockton upon graduation where he worked in Sales with residential and commercial plumbing. He joined R&B in November 2006 at the San Jose branch.

David Hernandez, Sales

David was born and raised in Santa Clara. He started in the Waterworks Industry with Edward S. Walsh Company in 1998 as a part time warehouse associate. He joined R&B in May 2003 when the San Jose branch opened and is now the warehouse manager. He has 12 years of experience in the Waterworks Industry.

Chuck Hill, Sales

Chuck was born and raised in the Biggs/Gridley area of Northern California. After traveling, living and working various jobs throughout the U.S., Chuck moved to Chico and his future wife Bekah, graduating with a degree in Business Marketing in 2005. Chuck began his career at Ferguson Waterworks. He worked at Ferguson for Sales and Management in Sacramento until he transferred to Ferguson, San Jose when the opportunity was offered in 2007 where he worked both Inside and Outside Sales. He joined R&B in March of 2010.

Ray Rogers, Sales

Ray was born and raised in San Jose. He served three years in the Army. After his time in the military, he started working for Superior Utility as a warehouse clerk in 1978 and moved to Inside Sales. Superior Utility later became Ford Meter Box where he completed 11 years as an Assistant Production Manager. He then started working for McGuire & Juvet in 1989 which later became National Waterworks. He worked there for 15 years in Inside Sales. He joined R&B in May 2003 when the San Jose Branch was opened as an inside and outside sales associate. Ray has 32 years of experience in the Waterworks Industry.

Chris Tesoriero, Sales

Chris was born in Northridge and lived in Southern California for most of his early childhood. He later moved up to the Bay Area with his mom and siblings, where he attended Junior High and High School. Chris graduated from California State University Chico in 2004 with a major in Business Marketing, and a minor in Human Resource Management. He started his career in the Waterworks Industry with Ferguson Waterworks in San Diego. Chris later relocated to Phoenix, Arizona and Albuquerque, New Mexico where he was promoted to Outside Sales and Branch Manager. Chris joined R&B Company in 2011 at the San Jose branch.

Jeff White, Sales

Jeff was born and raised in Newark, CA. He joined R&B in April 1999 as a warehouse clerk and worked his way up to Warehouse Manager at the Redwood City Branch. He moved to the San Jose Branch when it opened in May 2003 and started with Inside Sales soon after. Jeff has 11 years of experience in the Waterworks Industry.

Alin Villanueva, Office Manager

Alin was born in Guadalajara, Mexico. In 1990, she moved to Santa Clara where she was raised and currently resides. She joined R&B in April 2010 filling the Office Manager position.

Tony Ventura, Warehouse Manager

Tony was born and raised in San Jose where he still lives with his wife and two children. At Kenko Utility Supply in the year 2000, Tony worked as a delivery driver and then he was promoted to Warehouse Manager. Tony joined R&B in August 2009. He has ten years of experience in the Waterworks Industry.
