Richie Aliotti, District Manager

Richie was born and raised in the bay area where he continues to live and work today. He started in the Waterworks industry with P.E. O’Hair in 1989 which later became Westburne. He then moved to Kenko Utility Supply in 2002. He joined R&B in May of 2005. Richie has 21 years of experience in the Waterworks industry.

Jeff Franks, Sales

Jeff was born in California, raised in Oregon, and attended college in Texas. He now resides in Brentwood with his wife and son. He worked for 14 years in underground construction as a foreman, project manager, and chief estimator. He has been serving as a board member of the Contra Costa Builders Exchange since 2005. Jeff joined R&B in March of 2007. Jeff has 17 years of experience in the Waterworks industry.

Misty Walters, Sales

Misty grew up in the East Bay and still resides there today with her husband. She began in the Waterworks industry with Kenko in March of 2003. She joined R&B in May of 2005.

Keith Baldwin, Sales

Keith was born and raised in Clayton California, and has been in the greater bay area all his life. He started in construction very early in his life and could operate heavy equipment before he could legally drive a car. He started in the underground industry with a small company out of Concord, where he was a laborer, equipment operator, foreman and estimator. After two short years with another supplier, Keith became a full time construction estimator for a local contractor in 1998. In 2004 he made his move in to Waterworks sales with Groeniger & Co working out of their Sacramento, Lodi, and Tracy branches. He joined R & B April of 2010. Keith currently lives with his wife and two daughters in Vacaville.

Chris Petros, Sales

Chris Petros was born in Fremont. He has one daughter and two sons. Chris started in the Waterworks Industry in 1985 as a Warehouse/Truck driver. In 1989 he moved to Fresno to work for Groeniger Company as the Warehouse Manager and then was promoted to the Branch Manager in 1998. He left Groeniger Company in 2003 and became the Outside Sales Manager for HD Supply. May 2010, he joined the R & B team. Chris has 25 years experience in the Waterworks Industry.

Mo Yusuff, Warehouse Manager

Mo was born and raised in Fiji. He moved to Palo Alto in 1993 to complete high school. After high school, he worked as a delivery driver for his family’s construction company. He joined R&B in 2001 at the Redwood City store as a delivery driver and warehouse clerk. He moved to the Oakley branch in March 2005.
