Roger Hamilton, District Manager

Roger was born and raised in San Jose. He now resides in Ripon with his wife and two children. Roger started in the Waterworks industry with Kenko Utility Supply in 1991 as a truck driver and warehouse clerk. In 1995, he moved to their Tracy branch fulfilling duties in purchasing and sales, as well as the Warehouse Supervisor. He was promoted to the Tracy Branch Manager in 2000. Roger joined R&B in March of 2006 as the District Manager of the new Manteca store. Roger has 19 years of experience in the Waterworks Industry.

James McKenzie, Assistant Manager/Fusion Specialist

James was born in Livermore and raised in Manteca. He now lives in Salida with his wife and two sons. He started in the industry with J&M Inc. in 1995 as a parts runner. In 1998 he went to work for D&E Steel Plate Rental/United Rentals Trench Safety as an inside sales rep. In 2001, he moved to Mountain Cascade as the dispatcher. In 2003, he went to work for Kenko Utility Supply as an inside salesman and warehouse supervisor. James joined R&B in April 2006 as Assistant Manager/Outside Sales of the new Manteca Branch. James has 17 years of experience in the Industry.

Bart Truman, Sales

Bart was born in Burlingame, CA and grew up in San Jose. In 1984, he graduated from Liberty University in Virginia, and then drove to Alaska. He lived in Anchorage for 3 years, working a variety of interesting occupations, including two years as an improvisational comedian. From 1995 to 2003, Bart was a full-time substitute teacher at a public high school in Orange County, teaching all subjects, before taking a sales position with Kenko Utility Supply.  He has been with R&B since April 2006 as an inside and outside sales associate. Bart lives in Modesto with his wife, step-son and two young daughters.

Tiffany Mayhue, Office Manager/Safety Manager

Tiffany, born in Walnut Creek, was raised in the Tracy/Manteca area where she resides today. Straight out of High School, Tiffany worked several places before finding herself in the Waterworks industry.  In the 1990's, she worked off and on at Kenko Utility Supply.  She joined R&B  in April 2006 when the Manteca Branch opened.  Currently, her time is spent making R&B a safe place in Manteca as the Safety Manager along with  all the other branches and she is continually improving her skills as an Office Manager.  Tiffany has 13 years of experience in the Waterworks industry.
