Reed Mack, President

Reed was raised in Tallahassee, Florida before attending College at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina on a Football Scholarship. Reed now lives in the San Jose area with his wife Lynn and their three children. He started in the Waterworks industry right after graduation with Davis Water and Waste Industries which was based in Thomasville, Georgia. At that time, Davis Water was the largest Waterworks Distributor in the USA. Davis’ expansion into California brought Reed from West Palm Beach, Florida to Redwood City,

California to operate R&B Company in 1990. In 1994 Reed was able to buy R&B Company from Davis becoming its President. He has overseen the growth of the Company from one small location to six well staffed Distribution Facilities in Northern California.

Peggy Stockwell, Chief Financial Officer
Peggy was born in Norristown, PA and has lived in five other states:  California, Illinois, Kentucky, Montana, and Washington.  She currently resides in San Jose with her two children.  After graduating from San Jose State University, she began her accounting career with Arthur Anderson.  She then moved to Ireland, San Filippo & Co. where she became a California Certified Public Accountant and had R&B as a client.  She started her own accounting/consulting firm in 1995 and kept R&B as a client until she joined R&B as the CFO in November 2002.  Peggy has over 23 years of Accounting experience.

Michael Rozenski, Sales
Mike is a native of Brentwood, CA. He graduated from Saint Mary’s College in 1975 with a BA in US History. He was a varsity basketball player for Saint Mary’s. He started in the Waterworks industry with P.E. O’Hair in 1984 and became department head in 1989. He moved to purchasing in 1993 with Westburne and later became the Purchasing Manager for Northern California. Mike changed to branch management in 2000. He joined R&B in May 2005. Mike has 26 years of experience in the Waterworks industry.

Jeff Franks, Sales
Jeff was born in California, raised in Oregon, and attended college in Texas. He now resides in Brentwood with his wife and son.  He worked for 14 years in underground construction as a foreman, project manager, and chief estimator.  He has been serving as a board member of the Contra Costa Builders Exchange since 2005.  Jeff joined R&B in March of 2007.  Jeff has 17 years of experience in the Waterworks industry.

Dave Enck, Manager/Outside Sales

Dave, born in Redding, started working for Shasta Pipe in 1973.  He worked there for four years until he joined P.E. O'Hair & Co.  At P.E. O'Hair & Co. he met Howard Getchell, who would later join him at R&B in Redding.  In 1987, Dave gained another eight years of waterworks knowledge when he moved on to Familian Pipe & Supply.  In 1995, Dave & Howard opened Camellia Valley Supply in Redding which was later bought by Ferguson Enterprises.  In 2007, he joined R&B Co. and helped start our Redding branch.  Dave has 37 years of experience in the Waterworks industry.

Howard Getchell IV, Warehouse Manager

Howard IV was born in Arcata but raised in Redding where he currently resides.  For 10 years, he worked in underground construction as a foreman and as a project manager.  From 1998 till 2003 he worked for C.C. Meyers before joining the R&B Redding crew in 2007.  He is happily married and is the proud father of their baby girl.

Kurt Vincelette, District Manager/Fusion Specialist
Kurt was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA. He now lives in San Jose with his wife Kelly. He went to college at the University of Virginia where he graduated in 1995. He joined Ferguson Enterprises a month after graduation and worked for them for 12 years in various roles and geographies: inside sales, satellite manager, Marketing Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Operations Manager. He joined R&B in March of 2006. Kurt has 15 years of experience in

Miguel Barriga, Sales

Miguel was born and raised in Mexico. He lives in Ceres with his wife and two children. He moved to the U.S. in 1993 and started working for an airline catering business based at the San Francisco airport. He joined R&B in 1999 in the warehouse and has worked his way to inside sales. Miguel has 11 years of experience in the Waterworks industry.

Rory Gamblin, Sales/Estimator

Rory was born in Los Angeles and moved to Northern California in 1977.  He presently resides in Sunnyvale.  He started in the Waterworks industry in 1984 at Groeniger & Company's Hayward location.  He moved into sales after a short period of time.  In 1992, he changed to Kenko Utility Supply in San Jose as an outside sales associate.  From there, he went to work for The Frank A. Olsen Company, a manufacturer's engineered valve representative, in Livermore as an outside sales associate.  He joined R&B in 2003.  Rory has 26 years of experience in the Waterworks industry.

Paul Harrington, Sales/Fusion Specialist

Paul was born and rasied in Watsonville, CA.  He graduated from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo in June 2005 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.  During the summers, Paul worked in machine shops and learned about mechanical design and manufacturing.  He also worked for Granite Rock Company as an Engineering Intern at the A.R. Wilson Quarry in Aromas, CA.  Following graduation, he traveled through Europe.  Paul began working with R&B in January 2007 at the Redwood City branch in inside sales.

Carey was born in San Jose. She grew up in the Menlo Park area where she graduated from Menlo-Atherton high school. She joined R&B in 2003 at the Redwood City location and quickly worked her way to inside sales. She now covers Municipal Sales for the peninsula from North Marin to Santa Cruz.

Fernando was born in Mexico and came to the U.S. in 1990. He lived in Sacramento where he completed high school. He joined R&B in March 2000 at the Redwood City branch as a warehouse stocker. Today, he is the warehouse manager. Fernando has 10 years of experience in the Waterworks industry.

Dave Drake, District Manager
Dave was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois.  He packed up and moved to San Jose, California in 1985.  He started in the wholesale industry as a warehouse man working his way up to Branch Management for Kenko Utility Supply.  He joined R&B San Jose Branch in May of 2009. He lives in San Jose with his wife and three children.  Dave has 25 years of experience.

Dale Coulter, Vice President

Dale was born and raised in Anaheim, CA. He started in the Waterworks industry with Smith-Blair Inc. in 1966. He later became a partner in Superior Utility which was sold to Ford Meter Box Company. He joined R&B in 1992 working at the Redwood City branch. He moved to the San Jose branch when it was opened in May 2003. Dale has 44 years of experience in the Waterworks industry.

Ray Rogers, Branch Manager

Ray was born and raised in San Jose. He served three years in the Army. After his time in the military, he started working for Superior Utility as a warehouse clerk in 1978 and moved to inside sales. Superior Utility later became Ford Meter Box where he completed 11 years as an Assistant Production Manager. He then started working for McGuire & Juvet in 1989 which later became National Waterworks. He worked there for 15 years in inside sales. He joined R&B in May 2003 when the San Jose branch was opened as an inside and outside sales associate. Ray has 32 years of experience in the Waterworks industry.

Joe was born and raised in Meced, CA.  He now resides in San Jose and has a daughter.  He graduated from CSU Stanislaus in 2005.  He began his career in wholesale distribution with Ferguson in Stockton upon graduation where he worked in sales with residential and commercial plumbing.  He joined R&B in November 2006 at the San Jose branch.

Chuck Hill, Sales

Chuck was born and raised in the Biggs/Gridley area of Northern California.  After traveling, living and working various jobs throughout the U.S., Chuck moved to Chico and his future wife Bekah, graduating with a degree in Business Marketing in 2005.  Chuck began his career at Ferguson Waterworks.   He worked at Ferguson for Sales and Management in Sacramento until he transferred to San Jose when the opportunity was offered in 2007 where he worked both inside and outside sales.  He joined R&B in March of 2010.

David Hernandez, Warehouse Manager

David was born and raised in Santa Clara. He started in the waterworks industry with Edward S. Walsh Company in 1998 as a part time warehouse associate. He joined R&B in May 2003 when the San Jose branch opened and is now the warehouse manager. He has 12 years of experience in the Waterworks industry.
